With work, Nclex review, going out and the internet, I dont have much free time.


Anywayssss, looking at my poll, it's a close fight. But I noticed WHAT has been consistently winning and I'm a bit worried (nah! not really!).

I think I bit off more than I could chew. LOL.

Last Monday, I planned to make Panna Cotta (simply means cooked cream). The end product should have been a gelatine but mine was half liquid, half cream..
More like my brain.. no solid part.

Tuesday night when I went home, "A" surprised me with creamed shrimps (our appetizer) and salmon wrapped in bacon with roast buttered potatoes and some parsley leaves. ("A" knows I dont eat pork, lamb and cow's meat, but for the sake of my existence I didn't moan, I just skillfully sliced the bacon off the salmon). If you noticed, the asparagus I bought the day before ended up in that menu.




Wednesday, We accompanied our friend (to Solihull) to see Jen's baby. When "A" asked me to go, I initially refused as my ideal day off work, if not going to the mall, is just to be on my bed, snuggling while watching DVDs and replays of Friends, while occasionally looking at the clock, trying to stop time with my imaginary powers. But I've heard that they are going to make Batchoy, and the last time I had it was nearly 2 years ago, so I jumped off.

Yesterday I was working (really HARD) all day. That's me checking if I still look ok. I'm wearing a black and grey stripes John Richmond shirt.


Oh, it's actually size SMALL.
No big deal.. size SMALL.. so what?
I'm NOW just wearing a shirt size SMALL,
yeah?
