Easter Monday
I watched Cartoon Network early on. It happened to be Scooby Doo. I wish he stops talking like a retard.
It's still a non-working holiday here in Britain. I woke up early. I want to spend my life today in quality. I'll go to the gym after this, then start studying my reviewer. I'll ensure I study and not just read it.
These I had yesterday at work for Easter. What's not shown are the gateaus and trifle I munched last night. It was Easter and I incurred a deadly sin... Gluttony.
I watched Teen Pinoy Big Brother last night. Big Brother should be a show about survival, about living in a simple/basic household, and studying how people interact with one another while experiencing various moods and behaviours while stressed and pressured. But I noticed that for the last few seasons, it's no longer the housemate's personalities that have brought them inside the house but they have turned PBB into a talent and discovery show.
There was no ugly housemate last night. Most of them, if not all, look like models. So what are they going to do inside? I watch Big Brother series (both UK and RP) because of the arguments, the crying, the threats and the depression factors that they show the televiewers, but now what will I expect from these teen housemates? Modeling? Sweet nothings? So no more dramas? No more knife being pinpointed to another housemate while threatening them? No more bitching? No more quotable quotes? I hope this series wont be boring. Im sure they wont care if they win or not, they just want to be moviestars. I usually support those from Bacolod (even though somebody from Birmingham, UK entered the 2nd season last year). But I was surprised last night when they entered two housemates from two rival schools. La Salle and Ateneo. There's no Ateneo in Bacolod so I really didn't experience the the competition when I was in the UNI. I only feel it if I watch UAAP. But even so, I'm a La Sallian nurse, so I'll support that housemate from La Salle.

i would call it as such if the contestant were chosen belongs from below poverty line, grassroots, hoi polloi and not from the the "oligarchs" i mean those who have the 3 G's. "Pinoy" what does it really mean? a person who forgot his own language "mabaho pa sa malansang isda?"

@ Gina: there you go Gina! Rock on!!! Anw, I write my rants not to please anyone and to receive an award (although who doesn't want to be recognized?) But I dont want my thinking and writing be influenced by anything.. I'll express it the way it is...
I have already proven that I'm a gifted child anyway. LOL.

@ dong: I follow UK version and it's not like that.. Im starting to watch US version recently via E4channel... I watch some versions via youtube and they deal more with behaviours than having housemates with pretty faces.
di ka na pwede sa teen edition.. sa celebrity edition kita ipapasok.

i hope na sana(lol) There will be any pressure inside big brother house. Ah... hmmm.... puro modelo ang dating ng mga pinasok ni kuya. Ano naman kaya ang pakulo niya? hahaha. Sana nga hindi boring and same old lines, style, and wateber...
