In a Rush
Good that I received an email from AOL today asking for feedbacks (I called their call centre last Thursday as I had some queries). There were 11 questions and I gave them 0 (zero, nil) in most.. AOL has a VERY POOR performing call centre. I called them for a VERY simple question and the rep made it very technical, and a supposed to be 5 minutes (or even less, should have) call ended up to 20 minutes call charge, and it was a premium rate number (0845)!
The recommendation I gave? MOVE YOUR CALL CENTRE TO THE PHILIPPINES!
AOL emailed me saying they might call me regarding my feedbacks. Well good! I can sabotage it more. I dont know which part of middle Earth is AOL's call centre but I know HSBC and T mobile's call centres are in the Philippines, and Fil reps/agents are always polite, sweet, courteous, sweet, respectful and sweet. Sometimes I call HSBC and Tmobiles call centres just to have a chat. You know, me being friendly.
On a lighter note, when I got out of my room early this morning I seriously have seen somebody sitting on our dining chair, that person's back was towards me. I blinked before I could react and in seconds that element was gone.
I am seriously worried.
