while killing ourselves in the gym (on treadmills)...

KJ: Im wondering if we could have a take away tonight? I fancy spicy chicken and fries.

A: nah.. you're getting fat again.

KJ: (quiet x 5 minutes)

A: (busy jogging)

KJ: (quiet for another 2 minutes, and then...) how about if I order spicy chicken wings and I'll just roast some parsnips to accompany it?

A: We'll see.

KJ: ( thought of picking a barbell up to throw to A, but stopped ).

While in Sainsbury's this evening...

KJ: instead of having chicken, we'll have stir fry instead.

A: OK.

KJ: (thank God we agreed into something today) what sauce should we use? thai curry or sweet/sour?

A: I dont like stir fry sauce.

KJ: you know what, sod it! I'll have a take away instead!

Back in the unit...

KJ: ( silent.. thinking of hiring an assassin for A)

A: (busy eating mango.. not knowing I SPAT into it while in the kitchen)


The weather is getting ridiculous. It's gloomy and raining early this morning, then it's sunny and windy this afternoon.

We went to the city this afternoon, looking for flip flops. I know how stressful it is in the airport/ pre Departure. Since 911, most airports have been strict in their pre departure procedures. So if I wear flip flops, I dont have to take it off if I enter a body scanner/Xray. I also thought of not wearing belt. Seriously I might just wear my pyjama on the day of my flight. I might just do that.

I've just watched TVP and the news about the doctors/med practitioners in Cebu disturbed me. I feel sorry for that patient. Imagine he's now a superstar coz those heartless doctors took a video of him while they operated his privates and somebody posted it in you tube! I saw those doctors cheering and clapping after the operation. What happened to Ethics? Those bastards should be delicensed and sent to jail!


Back to the gym this morning, here's the converstion I had with one personal trainer

PT: would you like to enrol for strength assessment?

ME: and what's that?

PT: to check which muscle of your body is the strongest, and to check your fat percentage.

ME: and how the hell are you going to do that? (me thinking how they would check each and every muscle of my body, AND HOW DARE HIM SAY I HAVE FATS)

PT: we'll explain everything in your FREE session if you sign up.

ME: FREE? ah, ok! where can I sign up?
