44 DAYS AWAY
Let's talk about food.
So it was Saturday when we watched the movie Wrong Turn 2 and in that film humans were butchered like ducks.
I thought I'd be vegan again.
But it only lasted for a day.
Also since watching that film, I've learned that to do 200 abs crunches per day is possible.
And I do that now.
Since watching that film I also discovered that there are other human beings who dont mind eating other humans to survive.
And I might do that soon.

Anyways, here are 3 of my fave FAST cooking recipes that I wanna share...
1. BOILED EGG.
Put water in a pot, and put the pot on top of fire/heat source. When you can see that the water is trying to go up, then it tranforms into a circle and it explodes, it is called "boiling". During this time you can add the egg. Dont break the shell yet. After 10 minutes, get the eggs from the water. Dont use your hand, as you'll get burnt. Strain the eggs from the water and let it cool for a bit, then crack the shell. Dont eat the shell, it doesn't taste nice, instead eat what is contained inside the shell. It's the yellow and white thing. They're called egg yolk and egg white.
2. FRIED EGG.
Instead of water in a pot, use oil in a pan. Same process as above, just dont include the egg shell.
3. Caesar salad.

1 loaf of ciabatta bread (or pandesal), 70g Feta cheese (or any hard cheese), 1 heaped tbsp creme fraiche ( asoft cheese), juice of 1 lemon

3 whole organic or free range chicken legs, still with skin on, 12 thin slices bacon, lettuce, 4 anchovy fillets (or any soft salted fish), 3 sprigs of fresh rosemary (or any leaves that you put in a lechon), leaves picked and roughly chopped.

Pre heat the oven to 200C. Place chicken legs on top of ciabatta bread (torn into thumb size pcs). This way the juices will be absorbed by the ciabatta.
Sprinkle with chopped rosemary, drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Mixed them with your hands!

Pop the tray into the pre-heated oven.
After 45 minutes, take the tray out of the oven and drape the bacon over the chicken and croutons, and put them back into the oven for another 20 minutes for everything to crisp up.
Pound the garlic and anchovy fillets in a pestle and mortar, whisk in the Feta cheese, creme fraiche, lemon juice and 3x as much extra virgin oil as lemon juice. Season your dressing to taste.

Pull the chicken meat off the leg bone- you can use two forks to do this, or your hands if you dont mind having blisters after, and tear it up with your croutons/ciabatta bread. Wash your lettuce, dry them next and toss with the chicken, bread, bacon and creamy, cheesy dressing. Scatter with some more cheese shavings.

thanks to my friend Jamie Oliver for sharing that recipe.
