BLUEBERRIES, BULLIES AND BLUES

I didnt go to Russia for a refuge, I have not updated my site for some time as I have been spending most of my afternoons with A, aside from work of course. A doesn't like me to continue having this blogsite. I dont know if it is due to jealousy, distrust or A's just evil.

It has been raining recently. I keep on wishing for it to rain something nice and cool, not just water. Just imagine if it rain cute furry bunnies... I hope one day.

I have been eating those berries for my breakfast, but I think they're too gassy; I feel bloated afterwards.


A and I watched HellBoy 2 last Thursday. We liked it, it's for kids though, aint it? I have no time to evaluate the story, so if you want to watch a big, red guy with horns- cut, just watch it.

Then Friday was our Jamaican Day at work.

Those were seasoned pork and chicken, basmati rice with red beans (cooked with coconut milk, spring onions and thyme), fried banana and salad.

We were supposed to wear something yellow and/or green, so that's me.

I have read in one reading material that "bullying" has been accused against some people in their workplaces.

I read that article from a magazine, and after reading that literature, I have been made sentient to the fact that anyone can accuse anybody (even me) of anything, anywhere-

By nature I am outspoken, blunt and frank. I say it when I have to say it, and I have been called "Bitch" (often jokingly) in the past. But I dont think someone can call me a bully (like in that magazine) as I can recollect:

- I provide staff trainings, and Im realistic to their needs.

- I arrange the schedule as fair as I could, recognizing their needs, wishes and requests, acknowledging their circumstances.

- I help them with their jobs, even though deep down I ask "Can they help me with mine?"

- I inspire them to give their best, even though I know that "initiative" is best developed when young.

In this magazine, whoever this accused person must be someone who:

1. lost his/her patience when discovering that someone has not used his inventiveness and schemed a lax and obtuse mode to achieve a shift.
2. Whoever this person must have known that some irrational individual have endangered the safety of some people, had performed illegal acts and when confronted had still rebuffed and repudiated censure.

If Im to be accused of being a "bully", I'll just say it's not me.

1. Just because (perhaps) someone is falling below my standards and is closed minded and cannot accept criticisms;

2. just because (maybe) someone has no initiative (maybe, ahem.) and do not understand the meaning of "assessments" nor how to implement it.

Again, I repeat, Im talking hypothetical in here, any similarities are pure coincidence.

How can I be a bully?

I am a debater.

I have been a batch representative when I was a college freshman, and represented 500 students in La Salle's Student Government for a year.

I was the Senior Class President of my batch.

I have worked as an Intensive Care Nurse. (These things will reflect the fact that I have patience in most areas).

I am young.

I am smart.

I maybe dangerous.

But I am surely not a bully.
