MOVED ON.

There are reasons why I called my previous post JOURNEY and this one as MOVED ON. When I'm ready, I'll tell you.

Anyways, as I still dont amount to anything this week, I might as well just show you some more photos.

This was taken last 20th October 2008 @ 8am. It's 8am, and it's still dark.

A had some visitors from London last Monday (BUT A's IN LONDON) So after my shift I brought them to Pizza Express in Broadstreet, by the canal.

It was raiiiining hard, hence my hair was flat and boring coz of the hood I was wearing.

I always say "by the canal"... so here it is.

I walked them all through the canal and we reached The Mailbox. There's a Japanese Resto in there that is owned by Filipinos. All staff in there look Japanese but they are all Filipinos.

I always talk about Bullring in here.. so this is Bullring. Bullring is my favourite place on earth.

That weird silver building is of Selfridges (still in Bullring).

Victoria Square in Birmingham. Birmingham is the best city to live in the UK. I love Birmingham. I love Birmingham so much that I want it to finger me (it's a common joke in our workplace).

Those two above are our friends from London. Below is Birmingham City Hall.

Our fave's restos... La Tasca and Jimmy Spice (in Broad street).

Still Broad street... It's blurry coz Im walking while taking them

CineWorld. I always talk about that place as it is where we (hmmm...) prefer to watch movies.

My tea last nite. Pasta with hotdogs, olives, sweetcorn, chilis and cappuccino. I made them.

Yesterday was when I had to see my doctor and had some "prescriptions". I love my doctor, she knows what I want.
Then later I went to the Nursing Home to sort out something.
Then much, much later I went to BOOTS in Bullring to get my "medicines". The lady said it'll take 30 minutes for my "meds" to be available so I said fine. And in that 30 minutes I managed to buy a long sleeved shirt plus tie in RiverIsland and one red shirt in Debenhams. I went to HMV and was about to purchase the complete 6th season of Will and Grace but I changed my mind. I'm saving for Xmas.
Much, much, much later I passed by Holland and Barrett and bought more birds seeds for me to eat (we all know that they are actually not birdseeds, someone was just being rude). I need to engulf something coz eating air hasnt been healthy to my brain.
Unfortunately my "meds" wont be ready til 3pm, so I told them I'll just come back tomorrow (which technically is today so I'm going there again later).
Much, much, much, much later I went to the gym. In there I did 40mins cardio, did my arms and went home. I couldnt stand the smell. I hope some guys in there will consider taking a shower and spraying some deodorants before being in the gym.

DONT HATE ME.

This is Kris Jasper actually talking:
I hate it when someone dictates what I should and should not do. I appreciate the fact that someone cares for me, but too much care becomes freakingly obnoxious which can lead to me being suffocated.
And suffocation is a morbid condition. And I cannot afford more morbidness in my life.
Anyway, did I tell you that A was in London? and my previous post was called JOURNEY & this one is called MOVED ON? I thought so...

P.S.
Please visit SPOOLARTIST's recent post (link here). It is intelligent, has very nice photos and a good narration that accompanied them.

oohh London.

Pano gawin yung penne with olives and sweetcorn? oil based? Parang ansarap!!!

KRIS JASPER said...
hey chyng, Birmingham po yan.

:)

Simple lang yan:

Fry in olive oil your chopped onions, a can of sweet corn, 2 whole green or red chilis (sliced to small pcs), then sprinkle Ginisa Mix (or any seasonings you have), then add your sliced hotdog and olives much later. Then add them in cooked pasta. You can add 2 cans of tuna if you want, or use spag noodles instead of pasta.

dyan! dyan sa canal na yan kita lulunurin kapag nagsara ka ng blog! hehe

i haven't honestly been inside selfridges. i'm going to go there one day just to buy chips ahoy, sabi mo kasi meron diyan.

interestingly, for someone who has lots of favorite restos, you're somewhat a non-eater.

omg yung diet mo pang-small snacks ko lang. hehhee
